CommunityAV is a not-for-profit organisation that provides audio equipment hire, lighting equipment hire, technical event support, event planning assistance, volunteer opportunities, and community-focused event services throughout Bendigo and surrounding regions.

AV stands for Audio Visual, which includes technologies such as sound systems, lighting systems, staging, and other event production equipment.

CommunityAV is proudly based in Bendigo, Victoria, and supports events throughout the Greater Bendigo region, Mount Alexander Shire, Loddon Shire, and many surrounding communities.

CommunityAV can support events within approximately 3 hours of Bendigo, including areas such as Castlemaine, Ballarat, Shepparton, Geelong, Melbourne, and surrounding regions.

Yes. All electrical equipment is regularly inspected, maintained, tested, and tagged to help ensure safe operation at events.

Our team will troubleshoot the issue, utilise backup equipment where available, and work quickly to minimise disruptions while maintaining safety.

CommunityAV uses equipment management systems and scanning processes to track equipment before, during, and after events.

Yes. CommunityAV is a not-for-profit organisation that reinvests income back into equipment, volunteer development, training, community programs, and future growth.
